Once an order has been handed over to the designated delivery partner, delivery is subject to the courier's operational processes.
Customers are responsible for being available to receive the shipment and providing accurate delivery information.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Our products are generally not eligible for return or exchange for reasons such as change of mind, fragrance preference, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with the fragrance.
If a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify SAVIUM on the same day of delivery.
Customers should provide clear photographs of the package and damaged product and, where available, an unboxing video showing the package and its contents.
The original packaging and damaged product should be retained until the claim has been reviewed.
If the damage is verified as having occurred during transit or delivery, SAVIUM may provide a replacement of the affected product, subject to availability.

8. WRONG OR MISSING PRODUCTS
If you receive a product different from the product ordered, or an item is missing from your order, you must contact us on the same day of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs/videos of the package and its contents.
After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the incorrect or missing product.
9. CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our ability to process the cancellation.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
